"DSEDT Wi-Fi" is a free service offered by the Macao Economic Services (hereinafter referred as MES) of the Government of Macao Special Administrative Region (hereinafter referred as MSAR Government). MSAR Government and MES shall not be liable or make compensation for any loss, damage or destruction of any kind caused as a result arisen from any use or misuse of “DSEDT Wi-Fi” services.

DSEDT reserves the rights to adjust or interrupt "DSEDT Wi-Fi" services at any time without prior notice. MSAR Government and DSEDT shall not be liable or make compensation for any loss, damage or destruction of any kind caused as a result arisen from any adjustment or interruption of "DSEDT Wi-Fi" services. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese, Portuguese and English versions of this Terms of Use and Disclaimer, the Chinese and Portuguese versions shall prevail and the English version shall be used as a reference only.

Once starting to use "DSEDT Wi-Fi" services, users agree to accept, without any condition, all the above stated terms of use and disclaimer. Users shall comply with all applicable legislations and regulations in, but not limited to, the Macao Special Administrative Region as well as the directives issued by the Direcção dos Serviços de Correios e Telecomunicações.
